Payment to East Norriton Township in the full amount of the successful bid, in the form of cash or a certified bank check, must be made within ten (10) days after the successful bidder is notified of the award.
The successful bidder must remove the item from the East Norriton Township Building within ten (10) days of the award of the bid and after payment has been made in full.
The East Norriton Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
