The Town of Athol, MA is offering the former Sanders Street Elementary School, 314 Sanders Street, Athol, MA for sale to the highest bidder that meets the minimum reserve.  All bids must be tendered through www.municibid.com no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2016.

The brick and masonry school building was originally constructed in 1919 with additions built in 1922 and 1954 for a combined approximate 16,800 square feet of usable space situated on 0.5 acres of land.  There are two paved parking spaces on site with a town playground and field abutting the property.  Property and structure to be sold "as is, where is" with no express or implied warranties.  Closing shall be within 21 days of the bid award.  Purchaser shall provide certified funds at closing.
