The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of cash or a certified check made payable to Windber Borough. Payment is due at the time of pickup and the equipment must be removed from the Borough's property within 30 days of auction close. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The buyer has sole responsibility for removing the equipment from the premises which must be picked up during normal business hours, from 8:00AM-4:00PM M-F.
