Beaver Township is a civil township in Benson County, North Dakota, governed by a township government and counted among the county's rural township communities. Records held by the North Dakota State Archives trace its township record books from 1904 to 1974, a span reflecting decades of local governance carried out by its residents.
The township's population has held steady at a small scale, counted at 39 in the 2000 census and later noted at about 26 residents.
