Retired plow trucks, loaders, and mowers can fund the next ones. Municibid turns Stewartstown's public works surplus into revenue, with no fees to the department.
Every dollar shown here went back to the community that sold the item.
From a retired dump truck to a pallet of catch-basin grates, Municibid's bidders want it. No hauling, no dealer trade-ins, and the department keeps 100% of the winning bid.

We have sold numerous things on Municibid, from large equipment to very small equipment to things we didn’t really think people would want to buy. Municibid was able to reach an audience that allowed us to sell every item. The best thing that happened to us this year was the introduction of the Municibid app. It allows us to go out in the field with a cell phone or iPad and create and post the listing from there.

Stewartstown was granted in 1770 and incorporated in 1795, its early years tied to Sir John Stuart, Lord Bute, one of the original grantees for whom the town was first named. After the Revolutionary War, the spelling changed to Stewartstown, the name it carries today. Tucked into Coos County in northern New Hampshire, the town includes the village of West Stewartstown along its western edge.
Home to 775 residents by the most recent Census, Stewartstown remains a small community governed the old New England way, through open town meeting, where neighbors gather to decide town business together. It's part of the Berlin, New Hampshire-Vermont micropolitan area, linking it to the wider region while keeping its own quiet, small-town character.
