Real EstateJackie, I would like to thank you and the Municibid family. You helped me every step of the way and answered any questions I had quickly and kindly, no matter how silly they were. It is truly a pleasure working with you. We posted nine auctions, and eight sold, which was a great success in my opinion. It was a great experience for me, and I can’t wait to post more items for the school district on Municibid. I will recommend Municibid to any municipality looking to auction items off quickly and easily. Thanks again for all your help and time.

We have sold numerous things on Municibid, from large equipment to very small equipment to things we didn’t really think people would want to buy. Municibid was able to reach an audience that allowed us to sell every item. The best thing that happened to us this year was the introduction of the Municibid app. It allows us to go out in the field with a cell phone or iPad and create and post the listing from there.

Folks settled in Perth as early as 1772, many of them pioneers from Scotland drawn to this stretch of eastern Fulton County, just north of the City of Amsterdam. The town itself was formally established in 1838, when Fulton County was created, and it grew four years later, in 1842, by annexing land from neighboring Broadalbin and Mayfield.
Today, Perth is home to 3,518 residents, per the U.S. Census, and is governed by an elected town board that includes a supervisor, town clerk, justices, council members, and a highway superintendent. Town business is carried out at the Perth Municipal Complex, located at 1849 County Highway 107 in Amsterdam, which serves as the town's hall and civic hub.
