Retired plow trucks, loaders, and mowers can fund the next ones. Municibid turns Adamstown's public works surplus into revenue, with no fees to the department.
Every dollar shown here went back to the community that sold the item.
From a retired dump truck to a pallet of catch-basin grates, Municibid's bidders want it. No hauling, no dealer trade-ins, and the department keeps 100% of the winning bid.

Signs & Scrap MetalThe best part about Municibid was that we didn’t think we’d get very much for one of our trucks, but we ended up selling it for exactly what we bought it for! It was awesome! It was painless. Quick and easy. Very simple. User-friendly. It’s a great resource.

We have sold numerous things on Municibid, from large equipment to very small equipment to things we didn’t really think people would want to buy. Municibid was able to reach an audience that allowed us to sell every item. The best thing that happened to us this year was the introduction of the Municibid app. It allows us to go out in the field with a cell phone or iPad and create and post the listing from there.

I just wanted to send you a quick email about your services at Municibid. West Bradford has used Municibid on several occasions, as a buyer and mostly as a seller. We have always been very satisfied with the results, consistently surpassing the reserve prices we set for our items. West Bradford highly recommends Municibid and will continue to use it to help us dispose of the equipment we have replaced.

Adamstown Borough, in Berks County, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1850 and is governed today by a borough council. With a population of about 23, according to the Census, it is one of the smallest municipalities in the state, yet it maintains its own local government structure and civic identity, a history the borough shares in more detail on its official website.
The borough coordinates a range of public services for its residents. Police protection is provided by the Ephrata Police Department, while fire services are handled by the Adamstown Fire Company. The borough also identifies departments overseeing public works, refuse, and recycling, with further details available on its Municipal Information page.
