Real EstateThe best part about Municibid was that we didn’t think we’d get very much for one of our trucks, but we ended up selling it for exactly what we bought it for! It was awesome! It was painless. Quick and easy. Very simple. User-friendly. It’s a great resource.

We have sold numerous things on Municibid, from large equipment to very small equipment to things we didn’t really think people would want to buy. Municibid was able to reach an audience that allowed us to sell every item. The best thing that happened to us this year was the introduction of the Municibid app. It allows us to go out in the field with a cell phone or iPad and create and post the listing from there.

Jeffrey KratzTowamencin Township
Nockamixon Township has been part of Bucks County, Pennsylvania since 1742, when it was first organized. The township's name comes from a Native American word, according to local historical accounts, and today the community is home to 3,383 residents. The township office, which handles day-to-day business, is located in Upper Black Eddy.
Like many Pennsylvania townships, Nockamixon is governed by a Board of Supervisors, with meeting details published online for residents who want to stay informed. The township building at 589 Lake Warren Road serves as a hub for local government, and a public works department keeps up roads and infrastructure, with weekday hours posted for folks who need to reach them.
