Real EstateThe best part about Municibid was we didn’t think we’d get very much for one of our trucks but we ended up selling it for exactly what we bought it for! It was awesome! It was painless. Quick and easy. Very simple. User friendly. It’s a great resource.

We have sold numerous things on Municibid, from large equipment to very small equipment, to things we didn’t really think people would want to buy. Municibid was able to reach an audience that allowed us to sell every item. The best thing that happened to us this year was the introduction of the Municibid app. It allows us to go out in the field with a cell phone or iPad and create and post the listing from there.

Sullivan County was formed from part of Lycoming County on March 15, 1847, and has spent the years since as a quiet corner of northeastern Pennsylvania, known for its rural, mountainous terrain. Laporte serves as the county seat, home to the county courthouse and the offices where the business of local government gets done. With a population of 5,927, Sullivan County holds the distinction of being the least populous county in the Commonwealth.
The county operates under a Board of Commissioners, which oversees the work carried out by offices for planning, assessment, the sheriff, and elections. It's a small county, folks might say, but one with a clear sense of place, a long-standing seat of government in Laporte, and a history that stretches back to 1847.
