I paid my invoice but it wasn't marked paid

Do you have an unpaid invoice even though you paid for the item or invoice? View the options below to see how you can get those invoices marked paid.

If Municibid takes the payment:

Please wait until we mark your invoice paid. Processing times can vary depending on how and when you submit payment. Please go to info.municibid.com/pay to view the estimated processing time. If you submitted your payment and it's been longer than the estimated processing time please contact us.

If Municibid DOES NOT handle the payment:

You will need to contact the seller to have them mark your invoice as paid. Municibid can not mark invoices paid in which we do not handle the payment.

How do I know if Municibid handles the payment?

Check the payment details section on the page of the item or check your invoice comments. It will state that that Municibid handles payment for those sellers in which we handle payment for.
