Item Description
To make an appointment to inspect this vehicle, contact Chief Thomas R. Nelling at tnelling@comcast.net. Appointments available M-F, 8AM-3PM. Birmingham Township, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The vehicle is being sold on an “As is, where is” basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Birmingham Township in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to Birmingham Township, 1040 W. Street Road West Chester PA 19382. Successful bidder shall remove vehicle within ten (10) days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the vehicle. Delivery is not available. Birmingham Township is not responsible for the vehicle once it has left the Township property.
Buyer of vehicle will need to accompany a Township representative to tag/title processing location to transfer title to new owner and will be responsible for fees.
Vehicle can be picked up at the Township building located at 1040 W. Street Road West Chester, PA 19382.
Bid will be awarded at the Township meeting on Monday, June 3, 2024.

Vehicle can be towed but the buyer of vehicle will need to accompany a Township representative to tag/title processing location to transfer title to new owner and will be responsible for fees per the bid listing.

The decals have already been removed. The partition will remain. Light bar is on back seat. All emergency equipment has been disconnected from power source.
