Item Description

Lot of 10 chairs. The library will work with winning bidder for pick-up. Items sold must be picked up within ten (10) business days from the end of the auction. Chair measurements are:

17"-19.5" (narrowest-widest) width

16.5” depth

33” height

Bidder agrees for and on behalf of bidder, bidder's heirs, successors and assigns that bidder shall indemnify and hold Hennepin County harmless from and against any claim, demand or cause of action arising or alleged to have arisen out of the sale or failure to sell any item of surplus property including claims for personal or bodily injury, death or contract damages.

Chairs are sold as-is. Every chair has minor damage.

Seller's Terms & Conditions

Buyer shall be responsible for safely and professionally removing, loading and hauling away the scrap wire and pallets.Winning bidder shall schedule and coordinate removal with the county, with removal to be completed during normal weekday business hours no later than Wednesday December 24, 2025.Winning bidder will be contacted by Hennepin County Facility Services staff. A county project manager will be assigned to coordinate to schedule removal. County staff are not available to assist with removal or loading of items.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
