Item Description
INFRARED ESP Model TK-100. Used by law enforcement for speed detection and is in operating conditon. Questions regarding this unit may be made to Barry Sherman by calling 717-249-4409 between the hours of 0700 hrs. and 1530 hrs., Monday through Friday. The unit may be viewed at 350 N. Middlesex Rd., Carlisle, Pa. 17013 during the same hours. Bids will be accepted from Thursday, December 15, 2011 until Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 1545 hrs. The successful bid will be awarded at the Middlesex Township meeting, Friday, January 27, 2012 at 0730 hrs. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Middlesex Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash, certified check, cashier check or money order. The successful bidder must pick up the unit at the Middlesex Township Building, 350 N. Middlesex Rd., Carlisle, Pa. within fifteen (15) days of the awarding of the bid. Middlesex Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any defects in the bids.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
