Items must be picked up during normal business hours 8:00-3:30 M-F

Patton Township is selling a remnant parcel of land adjacent to I-99. The area is .34 acres with a Tax Id 18-003-17A-0000. The parcel is what is left after the I-99 taking.

No the access right of way was taken when the new road was constructed.

The land is zoned R-1 Rural Residence the minimum buildable lot size is 1 acre.

As stated the right of way to the lot was lost when the Highway was built the parcel has no access.
