This equipment is being sold in “as is” condition. No warranties are expressed or implied. The Mansfield School District reserves the right to reject any bids. The equipment will be auctioned to the highest bidder at the close of the above-referenced auction. The equipment must be picked up within ten (10) days of the auction close. Payment can be made by a certified check to Mansfield Public Schools submitted in person at the time of pickup. The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with the purchase of the equipment

2002 Ford F550 Dump Truck
7.3L Power Stroke Diesel with 20,000 miles
New Tires and Breaks in 2016
The body and frame has substantial rust, and will not pass inspection
Needs a fuel pump and battery it is not running at this time
School Department name to be removed prior to sale. The truck is sold as-is with no implied or express warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. Bidders are encouraged to inspect truck prior to bidding. The Mansfield School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the district.
The truck will need to be towed away by the successful bidder at the sole expense of the bidder. The winner bidder will have 10 days to have the vehicle removed from the school.
Payments must be in the form of Bank Check or Money Order only may payable to Mansfield Public Schools
The truck can be inspected Monday - Friday between 8:00 am 2:00 pm

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

FAIR WARNING ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are legally obligated to pay for your item per the terms of the seller if you are the high bidder at the close of auction. If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
