Item Description
West Leechburg Borough is offering for auction a 2004 F450 XL truck with central hydraulics, a western snow plow, and flink spreader. The truck has a V10 engine the overall mileage on the truck is just over 38,770 miles. The truck run strong and the spreader and plow work. The truck was recently inspected and is good until July 2019. The truck does have some issues, there is a large ding by the passenger door, the vinyl is ripped on the drivers seat and the bed has some rust thru however the truck has been well maintained and has been kept in a heated garage since 2004.
This is an AS-IS auction with no warranties or guarantees. Therefore all bidders are encouraged to inspect the truck. The truck is at 105 Jay St and is presently in front of the Borough Garage, If you should desire a close inspection please call Jody Cole, Foreman, at 724-845-6903 to arrange a time to look at the truck. Our operating hours are 7 am to 3 pm.
The successful bidder will have 10 days to pick up the truck. Payment at the time of transfer will be by cash, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Certified Check. The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with the transfer of the truck.
Again, since this an AS-IS auction, all bidders are encourage to inspect the truck
We reserve the right to waive the reserve.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
