Item Description
2000 Mid-Atlantic landscaper model: MALS16 trailer. G.V.W.R. 7,000 pounds, useable bed: 16 feet, width: 7 feet. The trailer identification number is 5ANNA1629YR002420. The trailer is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters,437 W. Front Street, Chester,PA19013. Contact Mark Mano at 610-876-0940, ext 2250. Trailer is being sold otherwise “AS IS”. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by cash or Cashiers Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashiers Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the cash or Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with trailer title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up trailer. Bids are due by 9 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2013.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount.
