Item Description
1995 International 4900 7.6 diesel turbo. Color: Blue with Black interior. Current mileage: 37,761 miles and hrs 3,287. The vehicle identification number is 1HTSDAAR5SH666620. This is a manual transmission diesel truck. It has air brakes, manual windows, manual locks and manual mirrors. It has a current PA state inspection. Crane is included.
The vehicle is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz at 610-876-0940, ext 2250. The Authority’s communication equipment, identifying markings and tools and equipment will be removed by the Authority prior to sale. Vehicle is being sold otherwise “AS IS”. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle.

With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
