Rubber Track
185HP, 6 cylinder Cummins diesel
2 person cab, 12 way front blade 8 foot wide closed and 10 wide open, automatic transmission, 80 gallon fuel tank, 3 Bank rear Hydraulic. Groomer is in decent condition. Groomer is 8 foot wide. It needs 4 new tracks, has some light rust on the cab, Needs some new bogie wheels, hydraulic hose leak on the blade and has a small radiator leak.
Sold as is, where is with no expressed, implied guarantee or warranty.

I have confirmed with the property custodian that this machine starts, runs and drives but is sold as-is, where-is. The above item description shows a list of some of the suggested repairs that were identified at the time that the machine was removed from service. This is not a titled vehicle for the State of NH, but either a Certificate of Origin OR expired motor vehicle registration will be provided to the winning (and paying) bidder.

It was the opinion of the sending agency for this machine that track replacement was one of the capital investments they needed to consider for either keeping the machine or replacing it over the longer term. We can request additional photos but given the ending date of the listing they may not be available in time. The machine is available for viewing in person by appointment at 629B Main St. Lancaster, NH 03584.

Our Buyers Fees

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
