Payment Details
Payment in full is due not later that seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award. The Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Benton Township in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable to Benton Township. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.All items offered for sale may be inspected on site Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30AM and 2:00 PM at the Benton Township maintenance building located at 2019 State route 107, Benton Township. All items offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTESS" the successful bidder, upon making payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said items. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. Benton Township is not responsible for equipment once is has left the Township property. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at time of purchase, special exceptions must be agreed upon.

650 gallon pump, yanmar diesel emgine, electric start, 5 inch storz connection on pump discharge, draft capability
2 water level gauges, 1 in pump compartment, 1 at rear of tank.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

FAIR WARNING ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are legally obligated to pay for your item per the terms of the seller if you are the high bidder at the close of auction. If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
