Item Description

1962 Roebling Double Chairlift, 15 towers, all associated line equipment, top & bottom bullwheels, electric motor, gas auxiliary motor, gearbox and 1 1/8 haul rope. The lifts footprint had a 393’ vertical rise and horizontal length of 1,780’. 54 of 55 chairs are included. The agency will be retaining one chair for historical preservation.

Removal: Must be completed by the winning bidder, at their expense. All removal scheduling and activities shall be coordinated with Mount Sunapee staff, on site. Bidder is required to have insurance equivalent to $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $3,000,000.00 aggregate. Must have proof of insurance prior to beginning any removal efforts.

Removal Schedule: Dependent upon weather conditions, but is expected to occur in the spring of 2020 with completion by July 30, 2020. Winning bidder is expected to coordinate with Mount Sunapee staff to determine optimal removal timeframe and conditions.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
