Payment Details
The Winning Bidder must complete the Bill of Sale process through Town Hall and make payment by certified check or other approved means prior to pick up of the auctioned vehicle. NOTE: the auctioned unit must be removed from town property within (14) fourteen days of the auctions close. Removal of the auctioned unit must be completed soley by the buyer or their deisignee and without any assistance from the town beyond their providing access to the purchased asset.
Item Description
For auction is one (1) 2002 Trackless MTV Sidewalk Tractor with approx. 1200 hours and 6000 miles. The included attachment are (1) snow blower, (1) V blade plow, and (1) straight blade plow but cant confirm operation. The unit was used as a back up and has not been utilized since the winter of 2017/18 and has heavy surface corrosion, missing r/front cab glass and one bad tire (sidewall punctured). The unit starts and drives but will likely require some repair to make operational. Potential bidders are strongly advised that they perform an inspection in person to determine the units condition prior to bidding.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
