Item Description
This auction is for a Ford 770 tractor with a backhoe. Model: AP313A, Manufacturer: Ford, Serial: 1910 UP 00912 3M5B. The year of this tractor is believed to be between1983-1986. It is a Ford 1910 Utility Tractor, 2 wheel drive, front loader with Bradco backhoe attachment. The bradco attachment is a model 8MD2 (backhoe hydraulic attachment). It has a diesel Ford engine, made in Japan, T853A 1.7 liter engine 1,702 CC, serial #T853A 10937. The wheel base is 67.0 inches, Weight 2,966 lbs, Fuel capacity 9.3 US gallons, battery 12 Volt. The vehicle has been dormant for at least 10 years and the condition is unknown. It does not start. This vehicle will most like require reconditioning as it has been left outside in the elements for years.
This tractor was used by the State of New Jersey- Menlo Park Veterans's Home.
This tractor does not come with any paperwork. There will be a bill of sale that can be printed out from Municibid's website after the item is paid for.
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
