Item Description
This auction is for a Toro commercial wood chipper. It is a model 1820, serial # 4457030120, 25hp Kohler motor, towable, very light usage, very low hours, stored inside. It has not been used in years and will at least need a small engine repair. It was mostly used for small brush. It is believed to be a 1996, but not positive.
This gator was used by the State of New Jersey- Menlo Park Veterans's Home.
It does not come with any paperwork. There will be a bill of sale that can be printed out from Municibid's website after the item is paid for.
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

This is a chipper not a gator as stated. It originally said, " This gator was used by the State of New Jersey- Menlo Park Veterans's Home". It should have read This chipper was used by the State of New Jersey

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
