Item Description
This auction is for a Kardex High Density filing system. It was purchased in 1996 and is considered to be in very good condition. The unit has four (4) double wide rows (24 feet in length, 15 inches wide per side), one (1) double wide row (9 feet 5 inches in length), and one (1) stationary row (15 inches wide, 24 feet long). The overall floor foot print measures 20 feet wide, 24 feet long, and 8 foot 2 inches tall. It is set up on a slightly raised platform with the track rails embedded in the floor. The winning bidder would be required to remove the entire filing system which also includes the track rails and the raised platform. The unit is located on the second floor and there are three elevators available to take the materials out to the basement garage to put into your vehicle. There is no loading dock at this location. There will be no assistance with breaking down or removing the filing system. The removal of the system is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
This unit was previously used by the Hunterdon County Courthouse.
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
