Item Description
The City of Williamsport is selling a 2004 Ford Expedition that was part of our police fleet. The unit has 104,004 miles on it and it was purchased new by the City. It was used as a patrol unit and used to pull a horse trailer at times. The lighting and equipment have been removed. There were holes drilled in the roof for lighting and there are some marks in the interior from equipment being mounted. There is a brake controller installed. This has the 5.4 engine which starts and runs fine. The SUV was maintained regularly by our in-house mechanics. The rockers have been repaired as well as the radiator support replaced. The exhaust is fairly new from the muffler back. No leaks at the headers. There are some rust issues with a body cross member and as seen in the photos, inside the doors. There is rust starting around the window on the rear door. Tires are fair, interior shows wear. The DS rear door handle is broken (door does NOT open) The wipers do NOT operate; the switch has been identified as needing replaced. Inspection is good intil 7/20.
It is recommended that bidders arrange to view and inspect the Expedition before bidding. You can do so by calling Lt. Helm at (570) 327-7580 ext. 2 M-F 08-4. Car is sold as is. Buyer will have 10 days from auction end to pick up and pay for the car. *** RELISTED DUE TO A NON PAYING BIDDER***

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
