Item being sold AS IS Where IS. Certified Check made out to East Lampeter Township due at time of pickup. Item will be voted on March 18, 2024 at evening Supervisors Meeting, Approved winning Bid item will be available for pickup after 10:00am on March 19th, 2024 thru March 26, 2024 at 2:00pm. Pick up hours 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday thru Friday. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. East Lampeter Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
Item Description
East Lampeter Township is selling a 1999 GMC Sierra SL 4x4 Pickup truck with a 8' Western Snowplow. Some truck features include 5.7Liter Gas Engine, Automatic Transmission, Manual Windows and Door Locks, Hitch w/ Break Controller, Air Conditioning "Doesn't currently blow cold air, May need recharged", Sliding Rear Window, Inspected till 9/2021, Vinyl seat and floor, Directional Arrow Stick W/Controller, AM/FM Radio W/ Cassette "Radio doesn't seem to get any radio stations, just fuzz noise", 4x4 Shifter on the floor, Full Size Spare Tire, Mileage is 109,015 and is subject to change due to still being in service.
This vehicle will be sold in AS IS and WHERE IS condition. Purchaser will be responsible for all title transfer costs. Title will take place at the site of East Lampeter Township's choice.
A pre-bid inspection period will be provided to interested parties from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on 10/07/2020. Prospective bidders shall be permitted to inspect the vehicle at the Township office located at b2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, Pa. 17602.

Utility bed had some holes patched and there is one current hole. The truck has just passed PA State inspection so the frame should be good. Please email jbrooks@eltwp.org with any further questions. Thank You

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
