There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Item must be paid for by certified check or bank check to Lower Makefield Township. Full payment must be received by Lower Makefield Township within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award. All items must be removed from Township property within five (5) business days of payment. Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
Item Description
2003 Bradco 611 backhoe attachment for a skidsteer. This unit comes with the mounting plate for a New Holland 885 XL. Unit has approximately 20 hours of use. The unit is in excellent condition and comes with an 18" bucket. The successful bidder must pick the unit up at LMT DPW which is located at 1100 Edgewood Rd. Yardley, Pa.

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
