Lebanon County Emergency Services Unit is selling one black in color 1982 Peace-Keeper armored vehicle on a Dodge Chassis. 360 V8 motor with automatic transmission, 4x4. 23,408 miles that are known. It has no inspection and no air conditioning., It has a turret with a folding step, two rear bench seats and a rear deployment platform with rear grab rails. The vehicle currently runs and is drivable. VIN: 1B6WW34T7CS259113.
The property shall be sold to the high bidder, with the purchase price to be paid immediately at the conclusion of the auction or at a reasonable time after the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the Advisory Board. All property is offered for sale “AS IS” by Lebanon County Emergency Services Unit/ Advisory Board with no warranty offered.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
