The successful bidder shall make payment do in the form of cash, cashiers check, certified check, or money order, made payable to City of Roosevelt Park. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The City of Roosevelt Park reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Bid item is (SOLD AS IS WHERE IS). Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up item. Delivery is not available. City of Roosevelt Park is not responsible for item once it has left City property.

1961? Ford Work Master Model 601 Series ,H-10. Manual 4 speed trainsmission, gas 4cyl. inline ingine 3.44 inch bore and 134 cu.inches. Has rear PTO and 3 point hitch. 2WD, There is 1,886 hours of operation on this unit. Garage keep, runs and operates fine. Have owners manuel. Cannot locate Ser.# on tractor.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
