Item Description
The Conemaugh Township Supervisors are advertising a Case 252 Vibromax Roller for auction on Municibid. This roller was used up until September 2020 when there was an engine malfunction. The roller is in fair condition and unfortunately Case does not manufacture parts for this roller anymore. Replacement parts are very difficult to find. The preliminary diagonosis is that the motor would need replaced. At the current time it is disassembled by our local Case dealer's service department. What we were informed without going further into repair costs is that the governor malfunctioned and will definitely need replaced and could have possibly cause other internal engine damage. Estimated repairs could be in the excess of $7,000+. It was decided by the Supervisors to not move forward with any repairs and to sell the roller as is. It also needs other repairs including the drum seals needing replaced. Steering and Throttle cables need either adjusted or replaced. The Conemaugh Township Supervisors are selling this roller AS IS with NO warranties. They are not responsible for any errors in advertisement and will not be liable for any future activities the purchaser completes. The Conemaugh Township Supervisors have the right to refuse any bids. NO Returns.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
