1997 Small Playground Structure.

Winning Bidder is Required to Remove Playground Piece by Febuary 15th. 2021

If no contact or schedule is made about removal by Feb.1st 2021 your bid will be removed.

Buyer is responsible for removal of equipment. Buyer must supply Township with general liability insurance and workers comp. insurance before removal.

Bank or Cashiers Check made out to Upper Allen Twonship.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
