Item Description
for sale is a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 4X4 ATV. The unit currently has 330 hours and 2140 miles. The ATV has electric start with a pull start backup. It has a front mounted winch and draw bar. The ATV comes with front and rear decks and roll protection. Each deck has 6 flush mounted tie downs. It has 2 fuel tanks. The unit runs and drives as it should. The unit was stored inside and is in very good condition. No title is included with the unit. A noterized bill of sale will be given to the winning bidder. It is being sold as is where is. No warranty is given or implied. Inspections are by appointment only, Monday through Thursday 8am till 3pm. Call (717) 259-0855 ask for Lance. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Winning bidder must pay with cash or certified check. The ATV must be picked up by the winng bidder within 14 days of the end of the auction.
We have obtained an MSO from Polaris for this unit. It now can be titled through DCNR for the winning bidder. A picture of the MSO has been added.

We simply never had a title for the unit. I have contacted Polaris and I am in the process of getting an MSO. It will take 2 or 3 days. Once received I will update the listing.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
