Current inspection until September 2021, has some rust.
Truck is being sold "AS IS" condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
Truck will be available for inspection M - F between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM by appointment. Contact Silke Morrison at (814) 695-9563.
Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees, registration, title and taxes.
The Allegheny Township Board of Supervisors intend to take action on the award of the bid at their meeting on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 5:00 PM. The Allegheny Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Payment to Allegheny Township for full amount of successful bid by official bank check or certified check shall be made within five (5) business days of notice from the Township of award of bid. Successful bidder must pick up the vehicle within seven (7) days of notice from the Township of award of bid. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees, registration, title and taxes.

Pictures of the frame and bed of the dump have been added. I spoke with our road foreman - he believes it is the original clutch but it may have had a slave cylinder replaced. He also said the oil pan has a little rust.

There is some rust on the bottom of the doors and on cab. One side cab support was fixed a couple of years ago. If you would like to see the vehicle, you are welcome to make an appointment. Thank you.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
