Item Description
Up for bidding is a CPG Cooking Performance Group gas resaurant range model 351S60N. Range is in excellent condition,was removed for remodeling. Oven is completley dissassembled as pictures show, all parts are in boxes including piping. Winning bidder will need the knowledge to reassemble, we have the manuals that came with it.
All items are offered for sale “AS IS WHERE IS’ with no warranty or guaranty expressed or implied. All prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the range or ask questions before bidding. All items must be removed by purchaser within 5 business days of auction end date. Please contact Gene, 215-836-7606 ext 1304 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a pick up time between the hours of 8 AM to 1 PM. No assistance can be provided with loading the range. The hood the backing and roof fans are all included in this auction, everything that was disassembled from this working station is included.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
