Item Description
2012 Chevrolet Colorado regular cab with 21049 miles , purchased new in 2012 and was used in the public works department. Being sold due to no longer needed. The truck runs excellent with no mechanical issues and had regular servicing every 3000 miles . The engine is a 2.9 liter with a 5 speed manuel transmission. The truck has scratches and scrape marks and some small dents associated with fleet use primarily on the bed sides and top of bed rails and tailgate .The tailgate has a dent at the top but does not affect the opening and closing of the tailgate . Some yellow paint spray from the roadway on the drivers side lower fenders. The decals have been removed but glue resin/impressions remain. The interior has some staining on the seats. Manuel windows and door locks. Comes with a Back Rack and yellow caution beacon and bedliner.

*The sucessful bidder will make payment to New Eagle Borough, 157 Main Street , New Eagle PA in the form of Cash, Money Order or Certified Bank Check between normal business hours of Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm

Equipment is sold As-is condition, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, including but not limited to those related to conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect and evaluate the equipment prior to placing a bid. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellation will be accepted after the close of bidding. The successful bidder is responsible for arranging all the transportation, loading, and removal of the equipment at their sole cost and risk. The seller will not provide loading assistance, transportation, or shipping. The equipment must be removed from the seller's location within the timeframe specified after the completion of the sale. The seller assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during inspection, removal, loading and transportation of the equipment. Once the equipment is removed from the seller's premises, all responsibility transfers to the buyer. Payment term will be specified by the seller and must be satisfied in full prior to pickup of the equipment. Failure to make timely payment may result in forfeiture of the winning bid and possible resale of the equipment.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
