Item Description
You are bidding on a 1989 John Deere 310C Backhoe Loader located in Sandyston, Sussex County, NJ and used by the Sandyston Township DPW.
**Please be advised: Hydraulics leak as would be expected. Engine runs but moves very slowly in forward and reverse. Hoe and bucket works as it should. It’s currently stuck in 4 wheel drive. Down riggers hyd valves are worn and are tough to move. All tires are in good shape. Brakes work and all glass is in good shape. This machine has been around salt for 30years.**
All sales will be made to the highest bidder; this item shall be sold in "as-is", "where is" condition, free from any guaratee or warranty.
The payment terms of sale are posted on this website. All items must be removed in five (5) business days of the close of auction.
The Township of Sandyston reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
