- Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the County reserves the right to relist the item or award to the second highest bidder.
- The successful bidder will make payment to Cumberland County Facilities Management, 310 Allen Road, Carlisle, PA in the form of cash, or cashier’s check, made payable to Cumberland County during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm. Credit card payments can be made in person or over the phone (note: additional fees applied to credit card payments).
- The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) by Friday, July 28 at 4 pm.
- Cumberland County, as seller, disclaims any warranty/guarantees, implied or expressed, vehicle/item is being sold “AS IS”. Bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contract as a buyer.
- Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline.
- The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
