Q:
"The issue of clean transferable TITLE needs clarification. Two prior answers are vague. Vehicle value depends a lot on clean title. Please provide a YES or NO answer on title. "
- Asked by #38499210 09/07/2021 07:52 AM
A:
There is NO lien on the vehicle and it is NOT a salvaged vehicle. Yes, clear and clean title. The truck has been in this local government fire service's fleet for decades.

Q:
"Titles did not come about until 70’s. Did you ever title vehicle. Please let us know if you have Title in hand. If not someone has a bunch of leg work to do. Can be painful. "

A:
In NH, this vehicle is title exempt. It can be sold with a “Bill of Sale” AND either a VIN verification form OR a previous vehicle registration done by the Town of Allenstown.
