Payment Details

The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of cash or a certified check made payable to the Butler Area Sewer Authority. Payment is due on or before the time of pickup and the equipment must be removed from the Authority's property within 30 days of bid award. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The buyer has sole responsibility for removing the equipment from the premises which must be picked up during normal business hours, from 8:30-3:00 M-F. All vehicle transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
