Item Description
The Claridge Volunteer Fire Department, located in Westmoreland County, Penn Township Pennsylvania, is selling, to the highest bidder, our 1987 FMC Pumper. VIN # 1S9AT6L00JC185488 . It has a 1500 GPM Pump (will not pass a pump certification test), a 500 gallon water tank (steel tank), an L-10 Cummins Engine (320 hp), and an Allison HT-740 Transmission.
This truck is in overall, good condition. The frame is solid, engine runs strong, the transmission
is good, and it is inspected until July of 2015. It will be stripped of all removable fire and
rescue equipment ( i.e. radios, hose, SCBA, adapters, etc.).
This truck is being sold as is and must be picked up on site, Claridge VFD. Any additional

This item may be viewed and inspected by appointment only, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm at the Penn Township Public Works Department (3000 Commercial Court, Irwin, PA. 15642). To schedule an appointment please call: (724) 863-5710. Buyer is responsible for removal of item from Township property within ten (10) days of notification of successful bid. Equipment is being sold "AS IS" no warranty, no returns.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
