Item Description
Truck runs and drives. Needs rockers and cab corners. Overall frame seems to be fine but dump bed in poor condition. Truck has just 22,000 miles on it but in need of TLC. 4x4,leather interior, power everything, newer tires and a Boss snow plow in working order. Wont pass inspection as is.
Guarantee Waiver. All property is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Carlisle Area School District (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty: CASD (Seller) warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If CASD(Seller) confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to making an offer/bid. If applicable, Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. Payment: Payment in full is due at the time of removal. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified bank or cashier's check made out to Carlisle Area School District, or U.S Currency for items $4,000.00 or less. Removal: All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time and date of the District's award of successful offer/bid. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. There are issues with the transmission and brake lines, not sure about fuel lines. Not inspected, cannot be drove any distance. Could be loaded on a flat bed.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
