Item Description

Description/condition: Generac WheelHouse 5500, model 01646-0, serial #7473612 120/240 volt gas powered generator. This is a 120/240 volt gas powered heavy duty generator. It weighs about 176 pounds and is a single phase, 46 amp (120v), 5500 watt generator capable of an 8550 watt surge. This auction includes the item shown in the pictures. Photocopied manual. Item was not tested to run, HAS OIL LEAK from an unknown area, but has strong compression, and clean oil. It has been in storage for an unknown period of time, and it’s likely the fuel is bad. Item appears to be a low hour unit in good physical condition. See photos.

Items are generally available for pick up M-F, 7:00am - 7:00pm at Hennepin County Sheriff’s Enforcement Services Division, 9401 83 Avenue North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. Winning Bidder will have to contact Bill on 612-596-9867 (leave message) to arrange pick-up day and time. Also, please bring the description and number of the item(s) you have purchased.

Seller's Terms & Conditions

Buyer shall be responsible for safely and professionally removing, loading and hauling away the scrap wire and pallets.Winning bidder shall schedule and coordinate removal with the county, with removal to be completed during normal weekday business hours no later than Wednesday December 24, 2025.Winning bidder will be contacted by Hennepin County Facility Services staff. A county project manager will be assigned to coordinate to schedule removal. County staff are not available to assist with removal or loading of items.
