The successful bidder will be required to make payment by certified check, or money order only within ten (10) working days of notification date of the award unless other arrangements are approved by Beaver Township prior to that deadline. All checks must be payable to “Beaver Township”. Payment must be made in full with Beaver Township prior to the removal of items. Appointments are required for payment and item pickup.

Engine Serial# RG6466A331949. The grader is still in use and currently has 3,543 hours.

The grader is located in Crawford County PA and can be viewed at Beaver Township, 3298 Parker Road, Springboro PA. Bids will be reviewed and voted on July 12, 2022 at 6 pm. Beaver Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Questions call 814-587-3555

All vehicles and equipment are sold “AS IS” with all faults, and “WHERE IS”. Beaver Township, its officers, employees and agents make no representations, guarantees or warranties of any kind relating to kind, character, description, condition, merchantability, suitability for a particular use, or in any other respect whatsoever. Each bidder agrees to use reasonable care during the inspection period and at the time of removal of any items and further agrees to be responsible for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind caused by himself, his employees, agents, servants, contractors or sub-contractors. The purchaser is to assume all liability for items after award is made. Beaver Township will exercise usual care for the protection up to the time limit for removal, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. The purchaser is to assume all liability for any damage to the base building or permanent fixtures during the removal of the items. The cost and repair of any such damage shall be assessed by Beaver Township and borne exclusively by the purchaser. All items purchased must be removed within ten (10) working days of the notification date of the award unless otherwise agreed to by Beaver Township.
