Payment Details

The Winning Bidder must complete the Bill of Sale process through Needham Town Hall and make payment by certified check or other approved means prior to pick up of the auctioned vehicle. Note: The auctioned unit must be removed from Town property within (14) fourteen days of the auctions close. Removal of the auctioned unit must be completed by the buyer or their designee without any assistance from the Town beyond their providing access to the purchased asset. Contact kkurkjian@needhamma.gov to coordinate payment and pick up.

Item Description

Fire alarm boxes, pedestals, and various parts in as is condition sold as a single lot.

The lot contains 115 complete fire alarm boxes, 25 flush mount plates/boxes, 15 pedastals with box, 10 pedastals without box, 49 internal mechanisms and 1 bin of miscellanous fire alarm parts and components.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities. Payment by certified check only. Full payment must be received and the vehicle removed within 14 calendar days of auction ending.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
