Item Description

This unit was purchase by the district in 2016 and has minimal hours. Unit works very well and is in like new condition.The district decided to mulch the leaves on campus and no longer needs this type of equipment. Unit has been garage kept for the past few winters. Unit has not been used in the past 2 fall seasons. Original owner's manual included.
Additional pictures have been added to show that there is very little wear and tear on this machine. The rubber skirting is like new as are the rubber fingers on the head. No hydraulic leaks of any type. Heim joints look like new with no tarnishing. Only minor scratches are where the external vacuum hose is moved on and off. Unit does not have an hour meter but it was only used for 4-7 fall leaf seasons. The small tires are flat on the vacuum head and off the beads from sitting for the past 2 years.
The unit sells for over $25,000 new and you won't find one nicer than this for the price.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
