Payment Details
The successful bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Selectmen’s meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 3 2022; 13 Town Hall Road upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Town within ten (10) business days. Only a bank check, certified check, cashier's check or money orders made payable to Town of Acworth will be accepted for payment. Payments shall be mailed to Town of Acworth Attn: Charlotte Comeau, P.O. Box 37, Acworth NH 03601 or delivered to Town Offices, 13 Town Hall Road Acworth NH 03601. Between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Town of Acworth reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If payment is not received within 10 days, the 2nd highest bidder will be considered the winner.
Item Description
2004 Ford Super Duty F-250 XL Regular Cab 137" WB 4WD Truck is being sold as is with no warranty. Truck runs and drives.State inspection runs out at the end of September. It has the typical rust. Also comes with an 8ft snow plow. The equipment in the bed does not come with the truck along with the fuel tank, spot Light on top and town Motorola radio. Auto with the 5.4 gas motor. Check engine light is on.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
