1 entrance door, Triple entry step, Aluminum exterior, Hide a bed sofa, Double door refrigerator, 3 burner range, Oven, Microwave, Roof vent in bathroom, Tub with shower, Front queen sized bed, Stacked bunks, Table convertible bed, Booth dinette.  Skylight over tub needs to be replaced.  Needs mattresses.

Please inspect items prior to placing a bid. Inspections on 3/25, 3/26, 3/31, and 4/2 from the hours of 9:00AM to 2:00PM at the Middletown Township Department of Public Works, 700 Veteran Highway, Levittown, PA 19056.

Additional Information:

Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and equipment required to remove the items.  No assistance will be provided.  A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the specified time period.  All sales are final.  No refunds will be made.  Items are offered “as is, where is.”  Middletown Township makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind as to merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the items offered for sale. Items are to be removed by appointment only.  Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Items must be removed within 7 business days from the date of award.
