Item Description
The 2009 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor was a black and white marked police vehicle that has been painted black. It has a 4.6L motor in it that runs well. The automatic transmission has an issue that happens intermittently as though it is searching for a gear. Driveline is RWD annd body style is Police Interceptor P-71. The vehicle has some rust on the rear dogleg at the front of the rear tire. It was inspected through 8/22 and has 75,652 miles on it. It includes the cage but all other police equipment has been removed.
Elizabethtown Borough made an attempt to accurately describe this vehicle. The vehicle sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties implied. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Appointment only Monday – Friday to view the vehicle. Vehicle title must be transferred and picked up by Friday, December 2, 2022. Certified check or money order, made payable to Borough of Elizabethtown, is required at time vehicle is transferred.
Other:
- Purchaser is responsible for all transfer and transportation costs.
- Certified check or money order is due at the time the equipment is picked up. Item must be picked up by December 2, 2022.
- Sale will not be finalized until approved by Elizabethtown Borough Council. Bid results will be reviewed with council on November 17, 2022.
- Winning bidder will be notified by Elizabethtown Borough.
- Elizabethtown Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
