Item Description

You are bidding on (2) overhead projectors. Both have working lamps.

These items have been used in a public library and retired due to age, wear and/or malfunction; they are being sold in "as is" condition and there are no warranties expressed or implied. This is a NO RESERVE auction. Winning bidder will have seven (7) business days to make payment and will assume all responsibility for removing the item(s) from the premises. If items are not picked up and payment is not made within 7 business days, the winning bidder will forfeit the items. Pick-up must be scheduled in advance between 1:00 pm and 5:00pm on Mon. 11/21, Tue. 11/22, Wed. 11/23, Tue. 11/29 or Wed. 11/30.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
